Project Manager (m/f) in Multichannel & CRM

Project Manager (m/f) in Multichannel & CRM 

(location: Zagreb/Milano) 

The purpose of this position is to support the management of the entire project portfolio of Multichannel & CRM Sub-department, monitoring the progress of projects in light of milestones, investigating variances, monitoring expenses and supporting their approval, with an overall monitoring of Budget, also ensuring that project billings are issued to customers and payments collected.

Working in close collaboration with the Head of Multichannel & CRM Sub-department, the successful candidate will:

  • Manage project accounts in the accounting system
  • Maintain project-related records, including contracts and change orders
  • Manage supplier invoices related to a project
  • Support the management of overhead charges to be applied to a project
  • Review account totals related to project assets and expenses
  • Investigate project variances and submit variance reports to management
  • Report on project profitability to management
  • Report to management on any opportunities for additional billings
  • Report to management regarding the remaining funding available for projects
  • Create all project-related billings to customers
  • Investigate all project expenses not billed to customers
  • Respond to requests for more detail from customers
  • Close out project accounts upon project completion
  • Compile information for internal and external auditors, as required
  • Liaise with stakeholders

Formal conditions that all candidates must meet:

  • Master’s degree in technical or financial area
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in project accounting
  • Detailed knowledge of project contracts and change order documents or equivalent experience
  • Experience in accounting project management
  • Experience in financial industry
  • Knowledge of development methodologies: waterfall vs agile vs scrum
  • Keen interest in new media and direct distribution channels
  • Fluent knowledge of English (spoken and writing)
